To respect everyone’s time, please follow the cancellation guidelines below:

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Sessions canceled under 24 hours will result in a 50% session fee.
   
• No-shows (missing a session without notice) will be charged the full session fee.
   
• Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if requested 24 hours in advance.

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
   
• Arriving late does not extend the session.
   
• If the instructor is late (rare), you will receive the full session time.

• A stable internet connection
   
• A quiet learning space
   
• Headphones (optional but recommended)
   
• Access to video links
   
• Notebook, pencil, and any assigned materials
   

To support strong academic growth, students are expected to:

• Attend sessions consistently
   
• Come prepared with materials
   
• Participate actively and respectfully
   
• Complete assigned work (if applicable)

Parents agree to:

• Ensure the student logs in on time
   
• Communicate any scheduling changes promptly
   
• Review feedback and progress messages
   
• Partner with the tutor to support learning goals

• Parents may reach out via email or text for updates.
   
• Messages will be returned within 24-48 hours on business days.

** Safety Expectations**

• Champion Learners Academy maintains a positive and safe learning environment.
   
• Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a session or discontinuation of services.

• Refunds are not issued for missed or unused sessions.
   
• Refunds are only given if the instructor must cancel services permanently.
   

• All student information, assessments, progress reports, and communication are confidential.
   
• No personal information is shared without written consent.
